the tone for the evening. Lotta Slots (Miss Tiara 1997) and Kim Chi (Miss
Tiara 1998) will be serving as co-hostesses and color commentators with
Patrick Rush returning as Master of Ceremonies. A panel of distinguished
celebrity judges will be on hand to decide who will be this years “Best in
